What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website https://fastagilecoachingtraining.com.au and from cookies and from third parties.
We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Fast Agile Coaching Training will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. The Basics & Cool Extras
Hey there! These are our terms for the awesome services you'll see in your Statement of Work or Quote. Also, our General Terms apply – they're like the bedrock of our partnership.
If we’ve thrown in some Special Conditions in your Statement of Work or Quote, those will take the lead if there’s any clash with this document.
Course Timeline
We start this adventure on the Start Date and keep the engines running until we cross the finish line of the Training Course, as per our agreed plan (Statement of Work or Quote). Of course, if we need to hit the brakes earlier, we’ll follow the rules laid out in clause 5 or the General Terms.
Speaking Our Language
All those big words we use? They have specific meanings, which you can find in the Key Details or in clause 6. It’s like our own little dictionary.
Diving into Training
4.1 Making It Happen
We’ll deliver our training just like we promised in the Key Details. Think of it as our mission control checklist.
4.2 Getting Involved
You’ve got to jump in and be part of the whole journey. No sitting back!
Remember, you’ve got some tasks and activities to do. It’s part of the ride!
No secret recordings, please. What happens in training, stays in training.
4.3 Changing Your Mind or Missing Out
Changed your mind or the course isn’t clicking for you? Sorry, no refunds for that.
Try your best to attend all the sessions. Miss them and there’s no money back.
Need to shuffle your schedule? Let us know. We might be able to help, but it could cost a bit extra.
4.4 Your Crew
You’re the captain for your team. Make sure they’re on board and tuned in.
4.5 Going for Gold
If getting certified is part of the deal, we’ll help prep you for any exams.
We’ll give you the scoop on exam details in good time.
Just signing up doesn’t mean you’ll pass. You need to be all in!
4.6 The Toolbox
We’ll give you the materials you need, but remember, they’re ours (or we’ve got permission to use them).
4.7 Aiming High
We’ll outline what you can expect to learn, but it’s not an
exhaustive list. Think of it as a roadmap to success, not a guaranteed GPS.
Changing Plans
5.1 If You Need to Cancel
Got to cancel? That’s cool, just give us a heads-up at least 15 Business Days before we kick off.
If you’re super early (more than 15 days out), we might be able to sort out a partial refund, minus a bit for admin stuff.
Leave it too late and you’ll need to cover the full cost.
5.2 What Happens After Cancelling
Once you cancel, it’s goodbye to using the Course Materials.
You’ll need to stop using and erase any material with our stuff in it. If you can’t erase it, you might have to send it back or destroy it.
And don’t forget any outstanding Fees – those will need to be settled.

We’ve got some special terms like ‘Certification’, ‘Course’, and ‘Participants’. You’ll find what they mean in the Key Details.
